Federal appeals court tosses lawsuit over CIA 'torture' flights:

In siding with the Obama administration's executive privilege arguments, a bitterly
divided 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a lawsuit could not proceed that
alleges five former CIA detainees were transported to foreign countries and subjected
to brutal interrogation tactics.
